What is involved? Hosts provide:
Meeting space
Breakfast for meetings held in the morning (between 8:30 to 10:30 am Tuesdays through Fridays)
Appetizers and beverages for meetings held in the evening (6:30 to 8:30 pm on weekday evenings)
An electronic invitation and RSVP collection
Brief welcome at the start of the meeting
We select the speaker and coordinate closely with the hosting organization regarding scheduling, logistics, etc.
